🔴 نداء إنساني دولي عاجل – السويداء تختنق تحت الحصار
إلى: الضمير الإنساني العالمي،
إلى: الأمم المتحدة، الاتحاد الأوروبي، جامعة الدول العربية، اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، منظمات حقوق الإنسان، وزارات الخارجية في العالم المتحضر.
نخاطبكم اليوم باسم الإنسانية، لا السياسة.
نخاطبكم باسم القانون الدولي، لا المواقف الانتقائية.
ما يحدث في محافظة السويداء جنوب سوريا هو اختبار صارخ لمصداقية المنظومة الدولية في حماية المدنيين.

⚠️ الوضع الراهن:
منذ الهجوم العسكري الذي نفذته قوات الأمن والجيش السوري، مدعومة بفصائل عشائرية موالية، بتاريخ 14 تموز / يوليو 2025، تعيش مدينة السويداء، ومعها أكثر من 500,000 مدني، تحت حصار ممنهج تفرضه القوات التابعة لـ"الحكومة الانتقالية" بقيادة أحمد الشرع.
هذا الحصار أسفر عن:
انقطاع تام للإمدادات الغذائية والدوائية.
منع دخول الطحين، الوقود، الكهرباء، المياه، وحليب الأطفال.
تهديد مباشر لكل من يحاول إدخال المساعدات عبر الطائرات المسيّرة والحواجز المسلحة.
نزوح قسري من 32 قرية، وترك مئات العائلات دون مأوى.
ما يجري ليس أزمة خدمات، بل جريمة خنق جماعي وانتهاك صارخ لأبسط مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني، ولحقوق الإنسان المكفولة بموجب اتفاقيات جنيف.

🛑 المطالب العاجلة:
1. فتح معبر إنساني فوري وآمن إلى محافظة السويداء بإشراف الأمم المتحدة.
2. السماح بإدخال المواد الغذائية، الأدوية، والمساعدات الإغاثية تحت رقابة دولية.
3. الوقف الفوري للحصار ورفع جميع أشكال العقوبات الجماعية المفروضة على المدنيين.
4. تشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية مستقلة للنظر في الانتهاكات المرتكبة منذ 14 تموز 2025.

🔴 Urgent International Humanitarian Appeal – Sweida is Suffocating Under Siege
To the conscience of humanity,
To the United Nations, the European Union, the League of Arab States, the International Committee of the Red Cross, human rights organizations, and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs in the civilized world:
We address you today in the name of humanity, not politics.
We speak in the name of international law, not selective positions.
What is happening in Sweida Governorate, southern Syria, is a blatant test of the international system's credibility in protecting civilians.

⚠️ Current Situation:
Since the military assault carried out by Syrian security forces and army units, backed by loyal tribal militias, on July 14, 2025, the city of Sweida — home to over 500,000 civilians — has been subjected to a systematic siege imposed by forces affiliated with the so-called “Transitional Government” led by Ahmad al-Shara.
This siege has resulted in:
A complete cutoff of food and medical supplies.
A ban on the entry of flour, fuel, electricity, water, and infant formula.
Direct threats against any attempt to deliver aid via drones or armed checkpoints.
The forced displacement of 32 villages, leaving hundreds of families without shelter.
This is not a service crisis, but an act of collective suffocation and a grave violation of the most basic principles of international humanitarian law and the human rights enshrined in the Geneva Conventions.

🛑 Urgent Demands:
1. Immediate and secure opening of a humanitarian corridor to Sweida Governorate under UN supervision.
2. Unhindered entry of food, medicine, and humanitarian relief, monitored by international observers.
3. Immediate end to the siege and the lifting of all forms of collective punishment imposed on civilians.
4. Formation of an independent international investigative committee to examine violations committed since July 14, 2025.
