-modern facilities
-Expensive equipments
But without committed and motivated teachers, learning suffers.Unfortubately many educators today are struggling with;
-Burnout. -lack of appreciation
-stress. -low morals
And when teachers lose motivation, students eventually feel the effect

1) Appreciate teachers publicly
Simple appreciation matters because a teacher who feels valued is more likely to stay committed.Sometimes a sincere well done can boost moral greatly.
2) Communicate respectfully
Correction is necessary but humiliation destroy confidence.Professional leaders correct staff with wisdom and respect.
3) Provide growth opportunities
Teachers should keep learning

-training
-workshops
4) Avoid favouritism
Nothing kills staff morale faster than unfair treatment. consistency and fairness built trust within the school system.
