My name is Ernestine Yeama KENNEH, and I am the Founder of Lux Signature Care Service, a professionally registered and legally operating care service agency in Sierra Leone.
I didn’t start this business just because I saw an opportunity. I started it because I saw a problem that needed a real solution.
Growing up, I watched hardworking parents struggle to balance work, raising children, and managing their homes. Then I became a mother myself, and I understood those challenges on an even deeper level. One question kept coming up:
Who can I truly trust with the people I love the most?
Too often, families are forced to hire strangers without proper background checks simply because they have no better option. We’ve all heard heartbreaking stories of children, elderly loved ones, and homes being left in the wrong hands.
I knew there had to be a better way.
That is why I founded Lux Signature Care Service, to provide families with trained, professional, screened, and reliable caregivers and domestic staff they can trust.
Every member of our team goes through a thorough screening process. We verify identities, require valid National ID cards, police clearance, guarantors, and other necessary documentation before placement. We also carry out regular follow-ups and quality checks because our responsibility doesn’t end once a staff member is placed in your home. We believe in accountability, professionalism, and giving our clients complete peace of mind. One thing I want people to understand is that not all domestic staff are the same. Every family has different needs, and we provide staff to match those needs.
