the brands Grand Rentals and Zlata bajta have joined forces!

Grand Rentals no longer exists as an independent brand, marking a new international chapter for Zlata bajta a.
Zlata bajta specialises in property management for tourism and the rental of exceptional holiday accommodations. Their services include renovation, upgrading, maintenance, and home staging to maximise sales or rental potential.

Their standout property is Houseboat Lavender, a premium floating house in Marina Portorož with a private hot tub and sunset views. A fully renovated seaside apartment in Izola will be added to the portfolio this summer.
