I didn't stumble into wellness. I was built by resets.

Reset 1 — Discipline.
20 years old. RSAF. The military didn't just train my body, it rewired how I showed up. I learnt to be present before I even knew what that meant.

Reset 2 — Ambition.
Banking. Tech sales. Management. I climbed hard. Looked the part. But behind the performance reviews and the KPIs - I was exhausted in a way that weekends couldn't't fix.

Reset 3 — Purpose.
I left corporate. Started Gemstory from a pushcart. Not a corner office. A pushcart. That one decision cracked everything open.

Reset 4 — Reinvention.
The gems were calming. The scent. The stillness. I realised burnt-out people didn't need another seminar. They needed to reset. So I built Genwell.

25 years. 4 reinventions. Same lesson every time, you can't perform your way out of depletion.

Yesterday, I brought that into a room at Raffles Hotel Singapore. Hospitality professionals. People who spend every shift caring for others - rarely themselves.

We didn't do a talk. We reset. Together. Scent. Touch. Stillness. 120 intentional minutes. Something shifted in that room. It always does.
