Rosette Designs & Co is a niche boutique design firm, which specializes in creative event design for wedding & special events, with western-inspired style, taking cues from Martha Stewart Weddings and wedding blogsphere. This was A&P's day at Raffles Hotel.

The photo gallery that stopped guests at the entrance. The signage surrounded by banana leaves and florals. The reception table that felt warm before anyone even sat down.

Your wedding day is 16 hours long.

You should be present for all of it, not coordinating it.
We start at 7am so you don't have to think about the gatecrashing logistics, the tea ceremony sequence, the ballroom cues, the vendor timings, the music cues, the march-ins timing.

We think about all of it. So you don't. At 11pm when it's over, the only thing you'll remember is how it felt. That's exactly how it should be.

Your only job on the day is to feel it. Ours is everything else.

What it actually takes to host an event at Gardens by the Bay.

Hint: it starts way before setup day.

Permits and insurance? Filed. LEW engineer and PE endorsement? Sorted.
Floor plan submission to GBTB? Done.
Tentage, power, AV, coolers, lighting, all coordinated before the guests even landed.

By 5:00pm, Silver Leaf was ready. A 4m photo wall. Entrance arch. Aisle flowers. Table centrepieces. A two-tier cake. All for one little girl's first birthday.

This is the part nobody sees. We love doing it anyway.

One day. A lifetime of memories.

On 6.6.2026, J & Y brought their worlds together for a destination wedding in Singapore.

With the groom from Indonesia and the bride from the Philippines, family and friends flew in from different countries to celebrate at Mount Faber — complete with a cable car ride and stunning views overlooking Singapore.

While guests enjoyed the celebration, this is what happened behind the scenes: the early setup, timeline coordination, problem-solving, teamwork, and all the little details that made the day feel effortless.

Because the most unforgettable weddings aren’t just beautiful on camera — they’re thoughtfully planned from start to finish.

This was our Tangled-inspired setup at the Four Seasons Crescent Ballroom. Every bloom placed to frame the stage, every candle tucked in to warm the room. From the floral-draped backdrop down to the aisle.
