Search no further in your quest for deep sub bass. Like subwoofers stuck into your ears, this tastefully designed pair of DIY IEM sounds as good as it looks. With an excellent bass precision, this is not your typical overpriced $100 pair of earphones with over-nauseating boomy bass. Vocals are not muffled like most heavy bass IEMs. In fact female vocals performs extremely well. Feel the impact on every massive 808 drop or deep melodious synth riff every time you plug this into your player.

With an irresistable price tag, reserve a piece of audio delight from the friendly and highly-knowledgeable team @ FREEL Portable Audio SG / 飞日. Quote ' ' to enjoy a 20% discount. Auditioning available by appointment.

Background track - Insomnia by Faithless. The best kind of music to test this IEM.

- Poison of Choice Day 3
1. "I do coke, so I can work longer, so I can earn more, so I can do more coke" Kill The Noise - I Do Coke

From the title to its repetitive lyrics, this track is relatable to all drug-users and it hits the nail in summing up the daily life an average ju**ie. Being stuck in this vicious cycle is what makes most substances so hard to put down. Most times usage has become more of a habit than an addiction. To try balance one's intake is like trying to stand on a ball. Another good hit to spin in clubs too.

2. "When I say jump jump, you say how high...See me how I fly fast, no time for rest, separate from the rest" Tricky - How High

Extremely dark lyrics to remind us of the friend/friends who decided to jump off a building during a bad trip. Combined with trip-hop and rock elements, Tricky does it once again, presenting to us the realest and darkest moments of the world on the other side.

3. Lana Del Rey - West Coast
An underrated song from one of the most melancholic vocalists I've ever heard. In most of Lana's songs, she always manages to sing a good story of her encounters of deeply being in love with someone who chooses to languish in perpetual revelry. Based on personal experience, I don't recommend anyone going into a relationship when your world revolves around drugs. As the saying goes, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

I look forward to picking the next 3 hits for tomorrow's playlist. Enjoy.

- Poison of Choice Day 2:
1. "Bring your love, baby, I could bring my shame. Bring the drugs, baby, I could bring my pain." - Wicked Games -

If you can relate to these lines above, I'm certain you can also tell a truly excruciating love story. An excellent song for drug-fueled lovers. This can be found in his debut album before he got famous and sold out to commercial pop.

2. "My ego and my blame, let me baptize my soul with the help of your waters. Those old means, so ashamed. Let the river take them, river drown them." Ibeyi - River

A very well-written electronic track paired with deep and slow beats. This is not exactly a holy Jesus fu**in Christ song, but it sure beats any other Christian worship music I've ever heard. A song for someone who has decided to walk out of their own darkness, to forgive and love yourself once again. P/S: Listen to this on speakers/headphones that can handle bass well to give this track its well-deserved justice.

3. Love Is A Bitch - Two Feet: Fancy title for this one but the reason I've picked this tune is for it's guitar rift. Simple yet addictive. Most times, a few strings alone is quite enough to take you there. Tune for those who just want to have an emo time on a lonely bed after Day 1 of withdrawal or a hangover.

If you can't appreciate this 1995 Faithless tune - Drifting Away, I believe there is no other piece of music I could ever 'wow' you with.

Released in a time when internet didn't exist, when you can't simply hook up a synthesizer to a laptop, when Ableton and the MacBook was unheard of, when how you promoted a new song would be to send freshly pressed records to a popular DJ and hope they will remember to play it - Faithless has been through it all and their music prowess till today surpasses any other DJ who has a million strong crowd thumping hard in .

Yes I worship like a daily bread. Their music lives eternal and will even reincarnate should it die. Their songs have been remixed over and over again by big named DJs like Tiësto and Avicii. A simple Faithless drop can still make a club full of 18yr-olds who has never heard of Faithless, go wild.

I would complete my Masters thesis on Faithless musical perfection but that'd be too obsessive (wait, aren't I already?) So like a newly weds' marriage vow - till death do us part.

Playlist for . Updated daily, this compilation consists some of the best electronic music rarely heard on mainstream radio due to less marketing efforts or what some call 'indie' - artists who'll never sell out their souls to big record companies. They may not necessarily be current, popular or good-looking but sure as hell will impress your new date.

You will also find a few oldies (not electronic) which I can't help but to introduce. Some songs deserve not to be forgotten so soon.

Whether you slow dance, sway, groove, chill, make-out or even cry to these tunes... I hope you taste a piece of my own heaven.

Had a few requests for me to publicly share my long-hidden playlist of music to best listen during one's most intoxicated moments. Will update 3 songs daily so do save this list if you're into stuff like this.

Though I've been pretty sober of late, these tracks still do have an impactful force that hits every nerve down to the bones.

*Warning: Not intended for children or people with emotional and mental instabilities. If you are tripping hard and happen to press play, be prepared to sink deeper into a bottomless abyss of further self-destruction. This is a word of caution, not a challenge.

1. Tricky - Piano
Track with haunting chords and chilling words spoken in dark monotony makes this piece a rare work of art. I started this playlist with presenting you the darkest first. Gives you a hint of what's more to come soon. Definitely will be hearing more of Tricky in he following updates.

2. ZEBRA KATZ - Ima Read
Interesting Fact: Druggies do read up a whole lot when not discussing philosophical questions or spiritual insights. I'm loving the massive bass beats and tickling lyrics. You'll like it in an instant.

3. Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes
A popular cult hit within the le***an community. Every self-respecting le***an has this in their music folder. OST for various , DJs also religiously spin this on gay nights. Every beginner's must-have.

Stay tuned for tomorrow's treasures @ .

Your best works will always be one of your firsts like this one from DJ Shadow. Curious to know how does music sound while on drugs? Press play. I used to pride myself on having probably the best list of "music for druggies". After a period of sobering up, I realised I was also dangerously holding on to the 2 things that should never ever go hand-in-hand: Music & Drugs.

This song was the start of an unforgettable life journey. Still sounds great but tonight, I'm not doing the replay, redose, replay, redose, replay, redose anymore.
