This week was a lovely mix of cooking and learning.
For our clients and party orders, we made traditional favourites.
Daal Kachori from Rajasthan.
Litti Chokha from Bihar.
And a sweet ending with Malpua Rabri.
As food lovers, we also love exploring new cuisines.
This time we tried Burmese dishes like Garlic Tofu Bao and Khouk Swe.
