Jocelyn Balloons JocelynBalloons, founded by Artist: Jocelyn Ng, in 2007. We specialize in balloon sculpting and balloon decorations for children parties and weddings.

Jocelyn Ng spent the last 8 years creating her distinct and thriving business. It all began when she was brought to a balloon interest group back in her secondary school days. The art of balloon sculpting became the game changer of her life. Started in 2007, the company grew from sculpting balloons for children birthday parties to mega malls balloon decorations.
