What makes a good Nasi Lemak Bar? 🌾🥥

It starts with setting the scene, whether rustic, tropical, modern or nostalgic. Then come all the trimmings: crispy ikan bilis, roasted peanuts, fresh cucumber and our house-made sambal chilli for that extra crunch. 🤤

Our Nasi Lemak Platter brings together fragrant butterfly blue pea coconut rice, succulent rempah-infused crispy boneless chicken, premium salmon finished with our signature house-made sambal chilli, and all the familiar flavours that make this local classic so comforting.
