Ingredients: Araguani Valrhona Chocolate, Flour, Sugar, Butter, Cocoa Powder, Eggs, Vanilla, Salt

Baking Instructions:
Easy as 1-2-3, freshly-baked cookies at home have never been easier!
1) Pre-heat oven. Slice your chilled dough into cookie rounds less than 1cm thick.
2) Place the cookie rounds around 5cm apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake cookies until you see a gently cracked surface on the cookies.
3) Remove from oven and cool before removing from cookie sheet. Give yourself a pat on the back and ENJOY!

Last night our team at Déliciae Catering Co. / DHM Delivery (L'Entrecôte Singapore, BTM Mussels & Bar, Sabio by the Sea, Riviera Forlino) helped to cater delicious meals from across our restaurants for a classy 11-WAY zoom birthday party (thats 11 different locations!), complete with full sharing meals featuring our signature Mussels & Fries, Trimmed Entrecôte Steak, Paella de Pescado and Hokkaido Sea Urchin Linguine with Sardinian Bottarga and Amalfi Lemon! The party guests at each location sipped on bespoke DIY cocktails and mocktails (lovingly concocted by our resident drinks slinger, John Xu) for the evening!
