It also happens to be the day we officially open our doors to you. We couldn’t have asked for a more meaningful beginning.

Some flavours feel like home. Others transport you somewhere new. For one weekend only, Ricardo’s Chop & Jerk celebrates National Day with two exclusive specials. 🇸🇬

Our Jamaican Chilli Crab Patty is Ricardo Allen’s take on one of Singapore’s most iconic dishes. Wrapped in a buttery golden pastry, it brings together sweet, savoury and gently spiced chilli crab flavours with a distinctly Caribbean twist.

Pair it with our Bandung Cream Fizz, a playful cocktail inspired by one of Singapore’s most nostalgic drinks. Creamy, floral, refreshing and fizzy. A familiar favourite reimagined for a rooftop celebration 38 floors above the city this National Day.
