Done with deployment of the portable toilet. Water hose and wires took some effort to run. When our colleagues were done and about to drive off, kids appeared and started to play with our magical and delightful orange colored room. 😅 Our colleagues stayed on to watch for awhile and finally decided it’s time to say goodbye to play time as the kids were getting rough (more kids joined in the fun later too). To save the magical room from being destroyed or ended up in a less than ideal state for the intended customer to use, our colleague had it locked up. If you would like to rent our portable toilet, hit us up! Pssst, fun not included though. 🤣

Good Monday! I was on a bus this morning and the bus captain lit up my day. He was exuding positive vibes and greeting the passengers as they were making their way up the bus. Some were glued to their phones so didn’t reciprocate, but the elder ones did with an energetic “Good Morning!”. They were also the ones waving thank you to the bus captain when they got off. The bus captain was able to see from his rear view mirror. If only this was the norm for everything. Service from the heart, appreciative and genuine people. Human connection and not WiFi or data connection. Here’s one of our physically strongest colleague in the team. Also very smiley cos he’s easily tickled by the things we say. Again Boss used his phone to take some good photos cos the sunlight was too beautiful to miss. Here’s Justin transporting the chiller, cling wrapped at the areas where ropes to secure it on the lorry come into contact.

May all drivers and road users stay safe on the road. I’ve seen many pedestrians gluing their eyes to their phones when they’re crossing the road. Cyclists hogging the lane and changing lane without any warning. Cars cutting into bus driver’s lane abruptly without signaling. Motorcyclist following too closely to the heavy vehicle infront of them. Stay safe everyone. A little more responsibility, awareness, patience, a little more kindness and graciousness will help everyone get home safely to their family. The recent cases of traffic accidents are really heartbreaking. Stay safe everyone.

Life is full of challenges and adventure. There are good days and bad days. In everything give thanks. For both the roses and the thorns on the roses. Here’s a flat tyre day for us. Thankfully it happened before driving off and not on the road so everyone was ok. Even regular servicing and maintenance of vehicle cannot prevent incidents like this from happening. Also want to thank Modern Tyre for the speedy on-site service. 👍

We do scrub and wash our toilets, with high pressure water jet, chemical, detergents, brushes and scrub pads. Lost count of the number of times we had to stock up on the cleaning items. Thank you to our diligent superhero who helped ensure the daily maintenance of our portable toilets and chiller. 🫡

Things people throw into the toilet bowl - disposable mask, stones & pebbles, socks, underwear, sanitary pad, cigarette box etc etc… all these items will choke up the suction pipe, causing damage and disruption to our work. Please bin all these items in trash. Our toilet bowl is not a trash bin. Thanks ah.

Our equipment used day in day out almost 24/7, subjected to knocks and dings during transportation, have to be serviced on a regular basis. Maintenance cost is high, and it’s hard to find honest skilled technician nowadays. Plus the parts might not be available. Sometimes the cost of repair is quite hefty, might as well purchase a new unit. 😞
