For CRIB Society Annual Retreat at Montigo Resorts, themed “Unscripted”, our Rose & Revel planning team brought together every touchpoint across two days.

From F&B, accommodation and logistics to the programme flow and guest experience.

Working once again with creative director Mag 🪬, our Rose & Revel team brought the experiential dinner to life, from planning and coordination to creating a seamless guest experience.

At the heart of it all was a simple balance of wellness, bonding, learning and empowerment.

[Save these Tea Ceremony tips!] Look beyond the tea set. Curtains, florals, trays, lamps and even existing furniture can all become part of the ceremony setting.

Bring in personal or traditional elements that make the setup feel like yours.

Give yourself buffer time for gate-crashing games, greetings and photos before your tea ceremony begins.

Don’t forget the in-between moments between the bride and groom. The getting ready, arrival and little interactions are often some of the most meaningful photos.
