Everyday after a full day of healing holding space and listening to the pain resentment and emotions carried by others.

I finally sat quietly with myself.
In the silence I reflected released what was not mine to carry and gently returned to my own centre.

Sometimes the healer also needs a moment of stillness to simply be.

With Deep Gratitude

Two beautiful days of Vocal Transformation and Somatic Sound Healing unfolded through trust, courage, and connection.

Through voice, breath, movement, sound, and presence, we created space to reconnect with the body, express with greater confidence, and rediscover the strength of our authentic voice.

What made this journey truly meaningful was witnessing everyone hold space, encourage, and uplift one another.

Six days a week, 10am to 10pm for the past four years, this has been part of my daily life at Studio 330.

As a Sound Healer and 疗愈师, my work begins long before each healing session starts.

Keeping the studio clean, calm, comfortable and welcoming is an important part of what I do. The energy of a space matters. When someone enters Studio 330, I want them to feel that the space has been thoughtfully prepared for their journey.

Cleaning the room, arranging the instruments, preparing the mats and creating a peaceful environment may look like simple daily routines, but to me, they are also part of the healing process.

Every session deserves a fresh space, fresh energy and my full presence.

Four years of doing this almost every day, except Monday, and I still feel grateful to be doing work that I genuinely love.
