Within The Wedding Agency, our small and intimate venue visits are created with that in mind.
Not just to experience the places, but to experience as a group; to notice opportunities, explore ideas and build relationships that last. Together.

In early October we travelled north to some truly exceptional locations. I’ll be back again in a couple of weeks, continuing to deepen those well-curated partnerships.
At the same time, we’re preparing similar visits in central Stockholm and northern Italy.

The best is what we want, and the best is what we all deserve.

Bröllopsgalan 2025 has been a dream to plan; filled with laughter, late-night chats, crazy ideas, last-minute solutions, magic moments, and new friendships. 💛

The Swedish wedding industry is honestly breathtaking.
It’s full of heart, creativity, and the most amazing people who make love stories come to life every single day.
I’m endlessly proud to be part of it, and to run the largest network for wedding and event professionals in Sweden.

This community… it’s something else.

From years of hosting intimate end-of-season dinner with colleagues… to now creating something bigger than I ever imagined. ✨

In November we at Bröllopskollegor are officially hosting Bröllopsgalan 2025 together with Your Event by SP at magical Nybynäs Gård.

This gala is for everyone who makes weddings and events in Sweden possible; planners, stylists, photographers, florists, stationery designers, DJs, singers, venue owners, rental & transport companies… all coming together from across the country.🥂

It’s our time to celebrate, to connect, to honour the work that often happens behind the scenes.

I can’t tell you how proud I already am. 💛

And did you know? Bröllopskollegor turns 5 this November so what better way to celebrate than standing side by side with the people who make the magic happen?

Sometimes the best ideas arrive quietly, as a little whisper.

Cole came to me with a simple thought for his cabin:
“What if we did a wedding shoot here?”

There were no rules and no brief. Just trust.

So I followed the quiet vision.

I pictured a serpentine table winding between the trees, laid with abundant food, laughter lingering in the air and the kind of setting that doesn’t try too hard; it just is.
Because my belief is that true magic isn’t created by perfect linens or perfectly aligned cutlery.

It’s created by atmosphere. ✨

By a place that invites people to sit a little longer.
To eat with their hands.
To throw their heads back when they laugh.
To remember this moment for years to come.

Running Bröllopskollegor has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey, and our recent Summit was truly something out of the ordinary. I’m still on a high from it!

For me personally, it was a big step, and also for the future of this incredible network.

Way too often do people focus on price rather than value, especially when it comes to planning weddings.

In we talk a lot about pricing but what I really want to everyone to see is how investing in guidance, whether it’s for a few sessions or the full planning journey, actually saves you money. 💸

I’ve seen many couples, who questioned paying €2,000 for help finding a venue, end up spending €5,000 extra on mistakes or unnecessary add-ons.

If you only focus on the price, you miss the help you truly need, and that ends up costing you more in the long run.
Isn’t it interesting how math works?

A wedding isn’t just about logic, it’s about intuition, about feeling.
Choosing someone who understands that, who guides you with both experience and heart, will ultimately make your choices not only easier but so much smarter.

It’s not about the price. It’s about the value.

How far have you come in your planning?

When Elin & Jocke reached out to me back in February 2024, their honest answer was “Not far at all”.
But they did know a few important things: Italy (preferably Tuscany, though Stockholm was still on the list), their guest count, an estimated budget, and most importantly, the feeling they wanted for the weekend.🙌

Here’s what they shared with me:
A venue with space for 70 people where the closest can sleep, preferably 2-3 nights.
Round tables, lots of cosy lights and sound
Simple but thoughtful decor with flowers and candles
‘Natural, beautiful, genuine, fun and definitely not stiff or princessy.’ 🌿

I helped them find their dream venue negotiated contracts and created the planning.

On the wedding weekend, one of our coordinators from .se was on-site to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The result? The photos surely speak for themselves.
A three day Tuscan celebration between the olive trees filled with good food, laughter, tears, dancing, and the kind of atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. And which will be remembered for forever.✨
