What does a wedding planner actually do?

Sometimes I think the title “wedding planner” doesn’t really explain how much goes into it.

Behind one beautiful wedding, there can be an entire team thinking about the details you may never even notice.

One agency. One team. Three or even four coordinators on the day, if needed. Everyone making sure everything happens when it should — from the ceremony and first dance to the ch*****ne tower, fireworks, cake cutting, drone filming and all the little moments happening behind the scenes.

Because while you are enjoying your wedding, someone needs to be watching the clock, checking the suppliers, communicating with the venue, keeping an eye on the schedule, solving the unexpected and making sure the next moment is ready before you even think about it.

And honestly, a wedding planner becomes many things along the way.

A designer.
A planner.
A coordinator.
A decorator.
A problem-solver.
And sometimes… your best friend!

We get to know your personalities, your preferences, your families, your expectations and all those little details that make your wedding yours — special and completely personal to you.

And on the wedding day, our biggest success is often when you don’t notice us at all.

We are somewhere behind the scenes, quietly making things happen — telling guests where to go, when to sit, when to move, when it’s time for the toast, coordinating with the suppliers and making sure everyone is where they need to be.

Because that means everything is happening exactly as it should.

You are not thinking about what comes next.

You are simply living the moment.

And that, for me, is the whole point. 🤍
