Culinary art is constantly evolving — driven by creativity, passion, and the courage to try something new.

Manti 7 — a Turkish frozen dumpling that I decided to try in the air fryer.

Maybe a lazy method… but it actually works!
Served with a comforting soup-sauce made with boiled water, 7 spices, pepper, Öncü tomato paste, and a Maggi cube. Then finished with a Filipino-style tomato sauce infused with burnt garlic for extra aroma, plus yogurt mixed with onion.

A little Turkish inspiration, a little Filipino touch — and a whole lot of flavor.
