Este final de tarde (das fotos) foi simplesmente perfeito…Não fosse a mãe da aniversariante estar tão cansada.😩

Quando me perguntam porque não organizo festas de aniversário para mim, a resposta é simples:porque, em vez de viver a festa, acabo por controlá-la.☝️🙄

Enquanto todos dançam, comem e celebram, eu estou focada em detalhes quase invisíveis…Como garantir que os pratos de sobremesa estão perfeitamente alinhados na mesa de buffet.😂
Sim, é quase uma “doença”.

Por isso, dançar — aquilo que tanto adoro — só acontece verdadeiramente nas festas onde não tratei de nada. E aí… transformo-me numa verdadeira bailarina.💃💃

Aproveitem cada dia. Mas guardem com especial carinho os dias de festa — são esses que ficam para sempre no coração.

This late afternoon was simply perfect…If only the birthday girl’s mother wasn’t so exhausted.

When people ask me why I don’t plan my own birthday parties, the answer is simple:because instead of enjoying the moment, I end up managing it.😩🙄

While everyone is dancing, eating, and celebrating, I’m focused on almost invisible details…Like making sure the dessert plates are perfectly aligned on the buffet table.😂
Yes, it’s almost like a “condition.”

That’s why dancing — something I truly love — only happens at parties I didn’t organize.And then… I become a true ballerina.💃💃

DIA DE PÁSCOA ✨🐣

Um dia de família — ou uns dias para passear, descansar e aproveitar.

Nesta Páscoa, estivemos a recordar com a minha sobrinha Constança como a minha mãe preparava tudo para as festas em casa.

Ela passava mais de uma semana a organizar a mesa, com todos os detalhes — coisas que na altura eu nem conhecia ou valorizava.

A minha mãe fazia tudo parecer perfeito.

Hoje, tento levar um pouco disso para as “minhas” festas.
E talvez por isso goste tanto de as fazer — porque tenho saudades de quando tudo era feito e parecia perfeito.

Agora, a minha mãe deixa-nos tratar de tudo. Não fazemos tão bem como ela…
Mas fazemos com o mesmo carinho. 🤍

EASTER DAY ✨🐣

A day for family — or a few days to travel, relax, and enjoy.

This Easter, we found ourselves reminiscing with my niece Constança about how my mother used to prepare everything for our family celebrations.

She would spend over a week setting the table, thinking about every detail — things I didn’t fully notice or appreciate back then.

My mother made everything feel absolutely perfect.

Today, I try to bring a little of that magic into my own celebrations.
And maybe that’s why I love creating these moments so much — because I miss those days when everything felt effortlessly perfect.

Now, my mother lets us take the lead. We may not do it quite like she did…
But we do it with the same love. 🤍
