Este não é um texto pensado para agradar. É um desabafo genuíno, nascido de pequenas experiências que me têm feito refletir.
Ultimamente sinto que, no meio da pressa pelo sucesso e por resultados, a parte mais humana é esquecida. O ouvir, o valorizar, o estar disponível… parecem não ter espaço.
Vejo pessoas a serem tratadas como se o seu valor fosse menor, apenas porque estão a começar, porque não têm os mesmos contactos da indústria ou porque não ostentam uma Hermès Birkin no braço. E isso, para mim, é inaceitável. O verdadeiro luxo não está apenas no que entregamos, mas na forma como olhamos para o outro. No respeito, na empatia, na gentileza. Coisas tão simples e que custam tão pouco, mas que fazem toda a diferença.
Que este post sirva como um lembrete:
O respeito abre caminhos. A humildade sustenta relações.
A empatia dá sentido a tudo o resto.
This is not a text written to please.
It is a genuine outpouring, born from small experiences that have made me reflect. Lately, I feel that in the rush for success and results, the most human part is being forgotten. Listening, valuing, being available… seem to have no place. I see people being treated as if their worth were less, simply because they are just starting out, because they don’t have the same industry connections, or because they don’t carry a Hermès Birkin on their arm. And to me, that is unacceptable. True luxury is not only in what we deliver, but in the way we look at others. In respect, in empathy, in kindness. Simple things, that cost so little, yet make all the difference.
Let this post be a reminder:
Respect opens paths. Humility sustains relationships.
Empathy gives meaning to everything else.
