The Nigeria Manufacturing and Equipment / Nigerian Raw Materials EXPO 2025 came to a successful close on its third and final day, August 7, 2025, setting the stage for an even grander edition in 2027.

This year’s theme, “Accelerating Sustainable Manufacturing through Cutting-Edge Equipment and Technology Solutions,” placed a strong emphasis on the “Nigeria First” policy, exploring how indigenous Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and raw material producers can scale, innovate, and add value to the sector.

Organised by the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and the Raw Materials Research and Development Council - RMRDC, the event brought together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, and entrepreneurs for three days of transformative dialogue, exchange of ideas, solution-driven sessions, and exhibitions.

We extend special appreciation to our lead sponsors, Shell Gas Nigeria Limited, Zenith Bank, Jubaili Bros, and Secure ID, whose belief in the future of Nigerian manufacturing is both inspiring and commendable.

It’s Day 3, the final day of the NME/NIRAM EXPO 2025!

Today’s conversations are focused on advocating for consistent government policies, strengthening regulatory frameworks, and unlocking funding opportunities for sustainable manufacturing in Nigeria.

Day 2 was a resounding success, featuring two powerful sessions:

One on enhancing sustainable innovation and technology transfer in manufacturing
Another spotlighting the growth mindset of women in manufacturing

We were also honoured to welcome the Special Guest of Honour, Senator John Owan Enoh-JOE, Hon. Minister of State for Industry, Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment and other dignitaries.

The Nigeria Manufacturing and Equipment / Nigerian Raw Materials (NME/NIRAM) EXPO was officially declared open today by the Honourable Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Chief Uche Geoffrey Nnaji. The opening ceremony was graced by a distinguished lineup of dignitaries, including His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, who was represented by the Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade & Investment, Mrs. Folashade Ambrose-Medebem.

Also in attendance were Otunba Francis Meshioye, OFR, President of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN); Segun Ajayi-Kadir, mni, Director General of MAN; Prof. Nnanyelugo Martin Ike-Muonso, Director General of the Raw Materials Research and Development Council - RMRDC; and Dr. Ayotunde Coker, FCIOD, Chief Executive Officer of Open Access Data Centres, who served as a keynote speaker.

The exhibition continues over the next two days, featuring sessions that spotlight cutting-edge technology and transformative solutions. For manufacturers, innovators, and entrepreneurs eager to explore new frontiers in equipment and raw materials, this is a prime opportunity to connect, discover, and be inspired.
