One bride, three wedding dresses, and three completely different moments. 🤍

From a wedding planner’s perspective, every dress change needs more than a beautiful look—it needs the right timing, a private space, assistance, and careful coordination so the bride never feels rushed or misses an important part of her wedding day.

Each dress told a different part of her story, ending with the most traditional and timeless bridal look. Our role at MGT Events was to make every transition feel effortless while the celebration continued beautifully around her.

Pricing is rarely only about the hours a client sees.
In professional wedding planning, much of the work happens long before the event: reserving capacity, reviewing details, coordinating vendors, creating timelines, anticipating challenges and preparing the team to execute properly.
I wrote this article because couples deserve more clarity when comparing wedding planning services. A lower proposal is not always the same service for less—and a higher fee should be able to clearly explain the experience, structure and level of support behind it.
For destination weddings in Puerto Rico, booking early also means reserving the planner’s time and capacity—not just securing a date.

Inspiration is everywhere. Especially in Puerto Rico. 🇵🇷

An old home in Añasco had me looking at wedding design without even trying.

The deep Caribbean green. Warm whites. Cane chairs. Dark wood. Aged glass. Weathered metal. All those little details that have been there for years.

This could easily become the starting point for a wedding palette that feels elevated, tropical and connected to the place — without turning the wedding into a “Puerto Rico theme.”

That’s the difference.

For destination weddings in Puerto Rico, I love taking inspiration from the island itself and translating it in a way that still feels like you.

Because sometimes the best mood board is already around us.

Is the serpentine style for me?

If you want a wedding reception layout that feels connected, organic and less traditional, it may be!

For this design, round tables were placed in a flowing, staggered formation to create a serpentine-inspired look. Beautiful, yes—but we also considered the venue size, guest count, chair clearance and catering access.

Because the best wedding table layout should look amazing and work comfortably for everyone.
