The charity rave will take place in Warsaw at the squat Przychodnia (Skorupki 6A) on February 28th, starting at 10:00 PM.
The event will feature talented DJs from Ukrainian collectives Shum.Rave and ОЧІ music.ua:
• Richie Beige (Shum.Rave):
Richie Beige is a Kyivan magician based in Warsaw. She gets inspired by a dark, synthetic ambiance
as well as by the 90s era sounds. Having a unique sound, with her DJ sets Richie takes you on
an adventure with a balanced blend of raw, hypnotic, fast techno with a pinch of trance, at
times electro and other, unclassifiable genres. She’s an integral part of Shum.Rave and a must-hear artist.
• Nautical Storm (ОЧІ):
Nautical Storm is an artist from Crimea. For all his conscious years he has been digging, collecting, and curating music on vinyl, cassettes and in electronic format. His selection is a blend of electronic analog instruments and vocals, ranging from acid trance to hard techno, from synthwave to ghetto house. Each track is unique, with its own story to tell. None will remain indifferent and no one will be able to stand still during his exciting set.
• Bila Topolia (ОЧІ) – live:
Bila Topolia crafts stark electronic landscapes through experimental frequencies and precise techno structures. This debut live performance cuts through expected patterns, stripping music down to its core elements where minimalism meets mechanical tension. Emerging from a decade of Eastern European underground currents, these raw arrangements and industrial textures carry fragments of personal history.
• be_ca_di (ОЧІ/Shum.Rave):
be_ca_di is back to Warsaw, after two years since his last gig here.
Being .rave resident and runner/creator of ОЧІ - label for Ukrainian underground non-commercial electronic music, he is always in touch with contemporary sounds but also is aware of the 'back to the roots' music. In his sets you can expect unexpected turns of events, it is always emotional, both darkness and happiness go hand in hand in his selections.
' I will share my very personal and emotional selection with you on that night - mostly instrumental music which can be put into such styles as: post punk, dark/dream pop, cold wave, ebm, synth wave, drone, lofi, psychedelic rock. I think it will make a nice ending to our night, so we can rave as if there is no tomorrow ... Come early, stay late and see you in the darkness.’
All funds raised will be donated to support the Ukrainian army.
