Fun fact… “Pica Pau” translates to “woodpecker” in Portuguese. It’s most likely because of the shape of the strip cut pork that resembles the beak of the bird. Cooked with white wine sauce and pickled vegetables, has a very distinctive taste. Delicious. 👌
