Cafe style beef burgers ..
Beef burgers/sliders recipe:
Toast mini burgers with some butter from inside for crispy texture..
I mixed Mayonnaise n Bbq sauce n salad patta or you can use iceburg and jalapeño for filling..
Burger petty
I used undercut beef
Washed it n put in fridge for overnight.
Make patties with help of your hand (tip make thin patties flat) n again put it in fridge for like 1-2 hours..
Spice mix:
Salt
Black pepper
Mixed italian herbs
Garlic powder
Paprika powder
Mix all spices
Fry your patties on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side n sprinkles this spice mix on both side.. on separate tawa which was on low heat i put the patties n shredded some cheese on it n covered with the lid until the cheese melts..
Assemble your burger..
