Chicken with a right mix of Kalwanji, Methra, Rai, Saunf, Black Pepper, Green and Red Chillies, Rock Salt cooked in home made "Desi Ghee".
Spices and herbs used are PURE DESI, grown and processed without the use of any chemical fertilisers or pesticides those are also called organic.
Broiler Chicken is partially raised on natural feed (commercial Feed used only till chicks reached to four weeks).
