✨Behind every successful event is a story that not everyone sees.
Recently, we faced one of the biggest challenges in our business. The engineer/contractor handling our venue renovation left the project unfinished despite receiving the full payment. With a wedding event fast approaching, we were left with an incomplete venue and countless worries.
Despite the stress, disappointment, and sleepless nights, we chose not to let our clients suffer because of someone else's actions. We are deeply grateful to our dear clients for their understanding and patience. Instead of focusing on what was unfinished, they trusted us and allowed us to make adjustments through a full decoration setup, and together we made the celebration beautiful and memorable.
To Mam Blessy and Sir Aljon, thank you for choosing our venue and for the trust you gave us during this difficult time. Hearing that you were satisfied with our service means so much to us. Your understanding became one of our biggest strengths to keep moving forward.
We are also incredibly thankful to our hardworking team who worked beyond their limits to make things possible, and to everyone who helped us find solutions despite the situation.
To the contractor who left our project unfinished despite receiving full payment, we hope you understand the consequences of your actions. This was not merely a business inconvenience. It affected real people who trusted us with some of the most important moments of their lives. While we honored our commitments, we were left to shoulder the burden of fulfilling yours.
To all our clients, suppliers, and supporters, please do not worry. We remain committed to providing quality service and a comfortable events place for your special celebrations.
We will continue to improve, rebuild, and move forward no matter how difficult the challenges may be.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. 🤍
