One of my favorite venues to design is the Maynila Ballroom at The Manila Hotel. Its architecture is inherently grand and timeless — the true challenge lies not in transforming it, but in curating design elements that elevate and harmonize with its existing character. The goal is always to enhance the space with intention, restraint, and respect for its original elegance — never to overpower it, but to let it shine even more beautifully.
