Small Time Only Promotions (STOP) is a promotional outfit from the City of Golden Friendship -- Cagayan de Oro -- situated in the southern part of the Philippine Archipelago, that was conceived on November 4, 2008 through the innovative minds of Kokong Ska, Jezrel, Mike, Francis, Leroy, and Marion, or better known as the Small Timers. The whole idea of the STOP movement is to give music lovers a v

enue where they can enjoy listening to live acts for a cheap price, and more importantly, without sacrificing the quality of music involved. The group also aims to give underground artists a chance to strut their stuff and promote their music through the different gatherings. It is only fitting that both sides work hand in hand to give gig-goers a total entertainment that will surely tickle their musical sensibilities and will leave them wanting for more. Another important agenda that STOP advocates is to educate the people via music, specifically the youth, to be more socially active and be responsible enough for the nation's well-being. Safeguarding all the rights of every citizen whatever it takes is a top priority. The Chinese philosopher Laozi once said: "A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step," and STOP strongly believe that their little steps can go a long way.
