It is with a very heavy heart that we share the heartbreaking news that our beloved founder of BInG Events, Ms. Bing Darauay, my Mom, has passed away this morning.
At this difficult and unexpected time, we humbly ask for your kind understanding and patience as our family takes a few days to grieve, arrange her wake, and settle the many things she has left behind.
We sincerely understand the urgency of your appointments, upcoming events, bookings, and the deliverables that my Mom had committed to fulfill. We also understand the concerns and worries that this sudden situation may cause, and for that, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience or uncertainty it may bring.
We kindly ask for at least 3-5 days to allow our family to properly organize and review everything she has left, including her schedules, bookings, client details, and ongoing commitments. We want to make sure that nothing is overlooked and that we are able to honor the commitments she made to each and every one of you.
My Mom, Bing Darauay, was a very organized, dedicated, and responsible person. She cared deeply about her clients, her work, and the events she handled. We know how much importance she placed on fulfilling every promise and making sure everything was properly taken care of. In her memory, we would like to do our very best to continue what she started and properly attend to all of her commitments.
Our Head Coordinator, Ms. Pearl Hannah Pintucan Dalu, will be communicating with you through this page/account regarding further updates, schedules, and other important matters once we have had the opportunity to review everything.
We sincerely apologize if we are unable to respond immediately during these next few days. Please know that your messages, bookings, and concerns are important to us. We are not ignoring any of them; we simply need a little time to process this loss and organize everything properly.
We are asking for your kindness, patience, and understanding during this very difficult time for our family. We hope you can give us the space and time we need to mourn our Mom while also ensuring that we can responsibly attend to the work and commitments she so lovingly built.
Despite this heartbreaking circumstance, please do not hesitate to leave us a message should you have any urgent concerns or inquiries. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as we are able.
For now, our family needs to focus on arranging her wake and giving our Mom the farewell she deserves. BInG Events will get back to business and continue serving our clients as soon as we have settled everything and are ready to do so.
