JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Take attendance during Safety Toolbox meeting; Ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently such as Manpower Request (MRF), office supplies, computers/laptops, internet, backup internet, portable water supply, and others; Track office supplies and order placements; Monitor group's budget for office supplies and operations purchases.
• Keep records at centralized filing of Fit-Out documents, including Fit-Out workers' profile; Monitor incidents reports, explanation reports, orientation and 8-hour Mandatory Safety Training, and others.
• Prepare memos and expense reports; Assist in petty cash handling and monitoring.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluation of workers, take corrective actions when necessary; Ensure Fit-Out staff and workers' adherence to policies and regulations.
• Monitor and submit workers' barracks deduction, including at Properties, and others as needed.
• Oversee and monitor timekeeping and logistics (company vehicles).
• Coordinate with other support departments for group's collective needs.
• Prepare admin and weekly reports.
• Perform miscellaneous work activities that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Required skill(s): Computer literate
• Knowledgeable in MS Office or Google Workspace Application or any Word Processor and Spreadsheet, Presentation Application Software
• Work experience as an Administrative Assistant is an advantage
• Work experience in a construction company is an advantage
• Required language(s): English, Filipino, Bisaya
• Willing to be assigned in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental
• Willing to work during Saturdays
• Full-Time position(s) available.

We are Hiring: Accounting Officer

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses against the budget.
• Manage invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Manage statutory deductions and contributions.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
• Recommend and execute process improvements for efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
• Provide financial insights and support decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration, Commerce, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
• With 2 - 4 years experience specializing in Accounting or equivalent is an advantage
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Proven ability to work with confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work with confidential information
