Congratulations to our SK Chairman of Barangay Sta. Cruz, San Andres. SK Andrew Gianan Isip and the whole SK council. Salute! 🫡

The Municipal Youth Development Office would like to congratulate the success of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Cruz headed by Hon. Andrew G. Isip on their recently concluded "Sand and Sounds Music Fest 2025" held on June 13, 2025 at Bagasbas Beach, Yocti, San Andres, Catanduanes.

Campers and music enthusiasts flocked to enjoy the island vibes produced by various local bands in the province. The occasional drizzle added to the experience as the crowd grew frenzied and excited.
