We are looking for an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT to join our team at Villa Milagros Events Venue in Montalban/Rodriguez, Rizal!

Our successful candidate:
- does daily bookkeeping, sends financial reports and maintains historical records
- prepares government mandated remittances and liaisons with accountant for BIR reporting
- prepares payroll, handles petty cash
- verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
- sorts documents and posts debits/credits to proper account.
- maintains, organizes and updates all accounting files and documentation
- prepares monthly adjusting journal entries
- monitors prior months reconciling items if properly recorded/adjusted in the books
- prepares monthly reports for submission to management
- creating and processing invoices
- managing a companyโ€™s accounts payable and receivable
- tracking organization expenses

Qualifications:
- adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Google Sheets
- must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management and had courses in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records
- attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of records and invoices
- must be willing to communicate with team and clients beyond office hours.
- must be a quick-learner, self-motivated, trustworthy and people-oriented.
- plus points on knowledge with Quickbooks
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- preferably lives in Rodriguez, San Mateo, Batasan/Fairview area.
