It’s quiet. The chairs are still empty, the lights are soft, and the whole place feels calm. As a coordinator, this is one of my favorite moments, right before everything begins.

I walk around, making sure everything’s ready. Every little detail is set. But more than that, I take this time to breathe, to soak it all in.

In few moments, the space will be filled with laughter, happy tears, and all kinds of emotions. But now, it’s peaceful. And in this peace, I remember why I love doing what I do.

I get to be part of something beautiful, helping make sure the couple can enjoy their day, stress-free. Making things run smoothly so all they feel is love.

Soon, it’ll be full of celebration. But for now, it’s just me, the silence, and the excitement of what’s to come.
