Being food-lovers, many Filipino families have their own secret recipes passed down from generation to generation. Chicken Sarap's authentic inasal taste and goodness is a convergence of traditional flavors, the best spices, and grilling techniques as can only be traced to in the heart of Negros Occidental's sugar plantations. It is our commitment to always use the freshest chicken and ingredients

, and to never scrimp on the care and attention we give into marinating our chicken until the time is right for grilling. Chicken Sarap is a backyard family tradition and it will remain as such, no matter how far and wide it may grow. Our professional grillers were handpicked and have years of experience.
