❤️‍🩹 Anxiety begins as a whisper—
a small tightening in the chest,
a restless turning of thoughts.

Left unchecked, it gathers weight,
pressing on the heart,
lingering in the body,
stealing the quiet from our days.

But we are not meant to carry tomorrow
in trembling hands.

When we feel ourselves slipping
into waves of excessive worry,
we can choose a different response—
not panic, not control,
but surrender.

We can place our concerns
into loving hands—
the same hands that feed the birds at dawn
and dress the lilies in quiet splendor.

And if He cares for them…
how much more will He care for us?

So instead of being carried away by fear,
let us be carried by trust. 💕
