We are aware of ongoing discussions regarding internal supplier payment matters. These issues are being handled directly with the appropriate parties and **are not the concern of clients or external individuals**.

Let this serve as a **FINAL WARNING**:

🚫 **Any client or individual found spreading false information, defamatory claims, or attempting to damage the reputation of Vanilla Studios will face IMMEDIATE action.**

This includes:
❌ **Permanent deletion of all your files and outputs from our systems**
❌ **Termination of any ongoing work or access**
❌ **Potential legal action for defamation and damages**

We will not tolerate slander, misinformation, or reputational attacks in any form. Vanilla Studios stands by its integrity and will defend its business with zero tolerance for unprofessional conduct.

This is directed to those who have been spreading lies, harassing our team, sabotaging projects, and dragging our name through the mud:

We see you. We know what you're doing.
And this is your FINAL WARNING.

You think you're smart by hiding behind fake accounts, false stories, and petty gossip—but actions have consequences.

Let’s make this clear:

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM VANILLA STUDIOS

To our valued community, partners, and supporters:

We would like to address the recent concerns circulating about talent fees and supplier payments from previous event.

We want to inform you that we are currently experiencing unexpected issues with our payment channels, which has unfortunately caused a delay in payments for some of our suppliers.

We are currently in the process of improving and finalizing our payment channels to ensure that any pending disbursements to recent suppliers are released smoothly and promptly.

This is the first time we’ve encountered such an issue, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.This is a temporary situation, and we are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We also want to clarify that there have been NO OUTSTANDING BALANCES from any of our previous events.

ALL SUPPLIERS WERE PAID IN FULL , including transportation and tips, which were even covered out-of-pocket .

For the record, every event handled by Vanilla Studios has been a success, with all services fully rendered as agreed. We have never failed to deliver on any event and services we were entrusted with.

Furthermore, we are aware of certain false and damaging claims being spread against Vanilla Studios.

Please be advised that we are taking appropriate legal action against those intentionally spreading misinformation, defamatory content and false claims. Defamation, harassment, and false accusations will not be tolerated.

We strongly encourage everyone to be responsible with what they share online and to verify facts before jumping to conclusions.

We remain committed to fairness, professionalism, and transparency in all our dealings. Thank you for your continued trust and support. 🤍
