It’s really hard to find the right words when the community loses someone as talented and kind-hearted as Sir Allen Jay Toledo. To many of us, he wasn’t just a photographer behind the lens, he was the person who captured our best moments and brought our favorite characters to life with such passion.

Sir Allen, your dedication to your craft and your kindness to everyone you met left a lasting mark on the cosplay community.

Thank you for the memories you captured and the friendship you shared. You will be deeply missed by the community.

Even though Connxt Anime Popculture is not based in Manila, the news reached us and it really hits hard. We are all so saddened by this as we share the same passion for anime and photography.

Our hearts go out to his family and friends during this incredibly painful time...

Gold, Silver, Bronze awards, plus one Special Encouragement Award are up for grabs! Winners will receive a certificate and, as a special prize, Gold and Silver awardees will also receive a trophy and be invited on a 7-day trip to Japan for the awarding ceremonies (in case of collaborative work, only one representative will be invited to Japan). ✈️🇯🇵
