MESSAGE OF SOLIDARITY

The government is meant to be the foundation on which the people can stand. But how can this be, when those in positions of authority are the very ones who steal first from the livelihood earned by the sweat of ordinary Filipinos?

The leadership of the Holy Orthodox Catholic Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ stands in solidarity with the White Ribbon Movement in its peaceful call for reform.

Peaceful Assembly Details:
Date: Sunday, June 28, 2026
12:00 PM – A Holy Eucharist will be celebrated at the EDSA Shrine
After Mass – A peaceful march will proceed to the EDSA People Power Monument, led by various church leaders, faith representatives, and select civic groups

Purpose of the Movement:
This act is meant to awaken the Filipino spirit to a peaceful stand against corruption, the large-scale plunder of public funds, and political dynasties. We call on the government to be accountable and transparent in the use of taxpayers’ money, and to hold all those guilty of widespread corruption legally responsible.

Call to the Filipino People:
We urge all Filipinos to join this peaceful movement. Participants are requested to wear a white top as a sign of our collective call for purity, cleansing, and accountability. Let us show corrupt officials that the people demand justice and that those who have sinned against the nation must be held responsible.

May the love, peace, and protection of God Almighty be upon us all!
