Sa simula pa lang ng umaga, we make sure everyone feels at ease. Dahil kapag magaan ang gising at welcome, siguradong masaya ang takbo ng kasal hanggang reception!

What a lovely day everyone!

So, I just wanted to share a little peek into our day as on-the-day coordinators. You know, most people don’t get to see what goes on behind the scenes, right?

Preparation is key and for coordinators, kailangan prepared na kami bago sumikat ang araw.

We woke up at 3 AM to get ourselves ready, and we were out the door by 4:30 AM. The couple's prep spot was in Marikina at Balai Malaya, and guess what? It took us less than an hour to get there. Can you believe it? We made it safe and sound, and we arrived bright and early at 5:30 AM.

Preparation is key and for coordinators, it starts before dawn.

This is the setup of our timeline as we prepare sa morning prep:

3:00 AM – Gising na kami nyan, preparing ourselves.
4:30 AM – Departure
5:30 AM – Super early ng arrival namin dahil we aim na relax ang morning prep namin:)

16 hours of duty and kinaya ng isang stretching lahat yun! Haha

Katatapos lang ng productive meeting with our May 30 couple! Thank God dahil kakarating lang ni Sir dito sa Philippines safe and sound.

We did a deep dive sa bawat small detail para maiwasan ang anumang hurdles o stress sa mismong wedding day. Sabi nga nila, dapat maagapan ang dapat agapan.

Extra special din ang kasalang ito dahil si Bride ay isang certified Hands-on Mompreneur! Siya mismo ang gumawa ng kanyang bouquet, mini bouquets, at souvenirs. Napaka-creative!

2️⃣ The Connection: We’ll walk you through our services and answer your initial questions para kampante kayo from the start.

3️⃣ The Discovery Call: A quick online meeting for a vibe check. It’s important that we’re aligned before we dive into the details!

4️⃣ The Agreement: We’ll send over the formal Contract and Service Agreement (clear, professional, and transparent)

5️⃣ Securing the Date:Once the Downpayment (DP) is settled, it’s official! Your date is locked in our calendar. 🔒

6️⃣ The OTD Turnover: We complete the turnover and checklist. This is where you hand us the stress, and we take over the ex*****on.
