Get ready for some high-octane fun at HobbyTown 3.0: Gear Up 2015 this March 15th, as we kick off the Pandan Festival with an epic Mario Kart Tournament! Race against friends, show off your skills, and compete for exciting prizes in a thrilling battle on the track. Whether you're a Mario Kart pro or a first-timer, there's something for everyone in this fast-paced event. So, gear up, rev your engines, and join us for a day of speed, fun, and unforgettable moments!

🏁 TOURNAMENT RULES: 🏁
Groups will be composed of 4 players max.
Each group will play 1 Versus Mode round with the following rules:
150cc race
Teams: No
Items: Normal
CPU Level: Hard
CPU Vehicles: All
Tracks: Random
No. of races: 8 (can be changed due to time constraints)
Allowed characters: All
Allowed vehicles: All
Smart steering: Allowed
Auto-acceleration: Allowed
Gyroscope: Allowed
After the round is finished all players must put their controllers down so the staff can take note of the in-game scores.

✨️STAGE 2✨️
In this stage, all 8 players will be split into two groups of 4 players each.
Each group will play 1 Versus Mode round with the same set of rules above.

The Top 4 players with the highest scores advance to the next stage.
In case of a tie for the 4th position, the players who tied will play 1 race on the Baby Park track with the same ruleset. The winner will take the position and advance to the next stage.

The group will play 1 Versus Mode with the above ruleset.

General Guidelines 📚

Eligibility:
✅ The competition is open to all Pangasinense cosplayers. Participants who are 17 years old or below must submit a signed Letter of Consent to join.

✅ Complete the online registration form and provide the necessary details, including name, character, source material, and contact information.
✅ Submit a reference image of the cosplay character.
✅ All audio materials for skit performances must be sent via online registration or given to the stage manager at least one hour before the competition (via flash drive or phone connector).

Costume Requirements:
✅ Costumes may be self-made, commissioned, or store-bought.
✅ Any costume that has already won a championship title cannot be used as an entry in the competition.
✅ Original designs inspired by existing characters must be accompanied by concept art.

Performance:
✅ Each participant is allotted 2 minutes to perform their cosplay skit.
✅ Cosplay participants may perform with a partner. However, only the registered participant will be judged.

Decorum:
✅ All costumes must adhere to event dress codes and avoid nudity, offensive symbols, or inappropriate content.
✅ Props must be safe and comply with venue rules (e.g., no sharp edges, functional fi****ms, or hazardous materials).

Attendance:
✅ Participants must be at the venue at least 30 minutes before the competition starts.

Lastly, the panel of judges' decision is final and irrevocable.
