2025 FACE-TO-FACE MASS OATHTAKING GUIDELINES FOR ILOILO
Please be guided by the following reminders for the upcoming Mass Oathtaking Ceremony of PSYCHOLOGISTS & PSYCHOMETRICIANS
1. DO NOT FORGET to bring your ticket and PRINTED Oath Form on the day of the event.
2. Only inductees and guests with tickets will be allowed to enter the hall (JADE BALLROOM). Attendees may access the Jade Ballroom via the elevators of East Wing (4th Floor) or West Wing (3rd Floor). Companions with no tickets should stay at the ground floor, as there is no waiting area outside the Jade Ballroom. Please follow accordingly.
3. Children below 12 years old are NOT ALLOWED inside the Hall. Please follow this protocol as mandated by the PRB of Psychology.
4. Inductees and their guests with ticket are advised to arrive at least one hour before the start of the ceremony. Inductees should be seated beside their guest/s upon entering the hall.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Psychologists and Psychometricians

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Psychologists and Psychometricians will be held on December 14, 2025, 9:00 AM at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iloilo.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees shall be in Filipiniana or Barong Tagalog, and guests are requested to attend in semi-formal attire. Kindly PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph/

Ticket Selling will be on December 11 (1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.) and 12 (8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.), 2025 at the PRC Iloilo Office. Please bring the printed oath form.

3. On November 24, 2025, please be at the venue one hour before the schedule. Submit to the PRC personnel the Oath Form with QR code and Oathtaking ticket at the venue entrance.

Present your online system-generated Oath Form with indicated appointment date and payment and your Notice of Admission.

2. Verify grades/ratings on PRC’s website online.prc.gov.ph/Verification using your Application Number.

3. CERTIFICATIONS OF RATING AND PASSING and authentications may be requested even before the scheduled mass oathtaking as long as you have your appointment. Submit the Order of Payment Form or Action Sheet and corresponding documentary stamps on your appointment date for the processing and issuance of your request.

For lost NOA, and/or with mismatched details (wrong name and date of birth), please proceed personally to the nearest PRC Office for the correction as instructed in the Online Appointment System. Correction should be done first prior to oath appointment and buying of tickets.

Your SECURED LERIS OATH FORM with the 8:00 AM schedule will only serve as a reference for the 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 and 𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐔𝐄 of the ceremony, and not the specific session time. You may ONLY attend the session indicated on your 𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐓.

All sold tickets were scheduled only for 12:30 PM or 3:30 PM. You were informed during ticket purchase that there is NO 8:00 AM session, in accordance with the instructions from the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Psychology.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE 2025 CEBU FACE-TO-FACE MASS OATHTAKING CEREMONY

We understand the concerns raised by our oathtakers regarding the recent typhoon that affected Cebu and the approaching typhoon. Please be assured that the safety and well-being of all attendees remain our utmost priority.

As of the latest advisory, the PRC and PRB has decided to push through with the scheduled Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking Ceremony in Cebu on November 10, 2025 at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel.

However, we encourage everyone to always prioritize personal safety and to make travel decisions based on your local weather conditions and accessibility.

For those who may not be able to attend the face-to-face ceremony due to safety concerns or travel limitations, you may opt to attend the online or special oathtaking to be scheduled by PRC.

We will continue to post updates should there be any changes as directed by the PRC.

a. For the inductees, formal attire is required for the ceremony. For the guests, semi-formal attire is recommended.
Inductee attire:
Female: Filipiñana, Long Dress, or Gown
Male: Barong Tagalog, Coat and Tie, or Tuxedo
b. One (1) hour before the event, inductees with their guests are advised to arrive at the venue Queen Margarette Hotel - Main Domoit Diversion Road Lucena City and assemble on the Main Lobby to ensure on-time commencement of the ceremony. Inductees will line up on the left and their guests on the right.
c. Inductees or guest who will declare themselves as PWD/Senior Citizens/Pregnant will be prioritized to enter the venue and will be led to their designated seats near the exit as part of the event’s safety protocol.
d. The Top 10 inductees and their guests should be in front of the line, to be easily assisted to their designated seats.
e. Kindly find your way to the registration area with designated lane for inductees and guests. Tickets should be on-hand and ready for collection at this point in exchange of their ticket stub inclusions. NO TICKET, NO ENTRY!
f. Before sitting down, inductees should present/submit one clear, PRINTED copy of their oath form with QR code to the PRC
g. Upon entering, INDUCTEES AND THEIR GUEST SHALL SIT TOGETHER on their preferred available seats.
h. At the end of the ceremony, inductees must proceed to the towards the designated exits.

𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒
1. Children below 12 years old are 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 within the venue premises as included in the safety protocols of the event.
2. Please remind your guests to arrive on time and follow the guidelines provided.
3. Once the oathtaking ceremonies has commenced, Inductees and guests who are latecomers will no longer be allowed to enter the venue to avoid disturbing the proceedings, in such cases, kindly approach any of the PRC personnel.
4. Everyone is strongly advised to STRICTLY FOLLOW and COMPLY to the flow of the event to maintain orderliness and solemnity in the venue.
5. Cellphones should be in Silent/Vibrate mode during the ceremony.
6. The coordinator reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who may cause any willful disturbance or disorderliness by displaying any wayward conduct/s.
7. No delivery of flowers or any item is allowed inside the hall. To those who wish to surprise the inductees with flowers or gifts, please wait for them upon exit to avoid overcrowding and to maintain orderliness inside the venue.
8. In case of emergency, please familiarize the fire exits to ensure safety.
