Judge Frank Caprio had caught the heart of millions around the world because of his compassion, kindness, softness, humbleness and fair judgements. He demonstrated empathy to every one regardless of their race and social status. He served the needy and gave them hope. His heart was full of love, he showed us that the courtroom can be a place not only for conviction but for a second chance.
