The Beach Loft Hinigaran by 18th Cafe

We are excited to share that we are targeting to open sometime in July 2026. Our rates and packages are currently being finalized.

The Beach Loft will offer the following:

1/ EXCLUSIVE OVERNIGHT STAY EXPERIENCE
Exclusive use of the Loft Area of the New Wing and Ground Floor of the Owner’s House featuring:
• 3 Fully Airconditioned / Beachview Rooms
• Private Restrooms for each room
• Veranda & Living Room Access
• Use of the Roof Deck
• Use of Infinity Pool
• Maximum Capacity of 16 Persons
• Full Board Meals included in the package

2/ EVENTS VENUE
• Fully Airconditioned Indoor Venue
• Accommodates up to 50 Persons
• Optional Outdoor Space available when needed
