Someone recently shared their story with me, and one detail stuck with me long after I heard it: he waited three whole years before they finally got married.

Three years might just sound like a number, but when you’ve already found the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, three years can feel like an eternity. Think about everything that happens in that time—seasons change, life gets busy, and patience gets tested. But through every quiet moment, every challenge, and every long stretch of waiting, he stayed constant. He didn't rush the timeline because he knew deep down that what they were building was meant to last forever.

And then came the day the wait finally ended.
