INGRESS DETAILS FOR ILOILO: Bumper 2 Bumper Carshow & Off-Road Show. Since this weekend will be the largest gathering of car and 4x4 enthusiasts in Visayas, we will be implementing a scheduled ingress, this way we can have a smooth flow of vehicles at Festive Walk Iloilo.
To all participants, kindly read and reach out to us via pm at B2bcarshow or our local partner - V for clarification.
1. Schedule of Ingress for Lower Deck - Friday
1st batch - 10am to 2pm (Samgyup Area)
2nd batch - 2pm to 6pm (Marketplace Area)
3rd batch - 4pm to 9pm (Monument Area)
2. You can continue to adjust your vehicles after the ingress schedule. We just would like to request for your vehicles to be inside your area of responsibility so we do not clog the entrance or exit of the area.
3. The venue will also be endorsing the area batch by batch, clearing one area at a time.
4. Schedule of Ingress for Upper Deck - Friday
1st batch - 1pm to 4pm
2nd batch - 3pm to 7pm
3rd batch - 5pm to 9pm
5. For 6-wheeler vehicles kindly apply for "estate permit" regarding road usage.
6. Please be advised to - DO NOT BLOCK THE AISLE or areas allotted for people to walk through and also for emergency purposes.
7. Reminders
- Respect the Venue / Respect the Neighborhood / Respect Everyone
- No Smoking / No Va**ng / No Alcoholic Beverages
- No Revving / No Burnout / No Drifting
- PLEASE TONE DOWN MUSIC and respect other vehicles too
- P-CAN Competition will be on Sunday, briefing at 9am on the UPPER DECK
