1. We can only reserve an item for 2 days. Reserved items are considered sold.

Never reserve an item if you don’t intend to buy. After 2 days payments must be settled.


2. No return, no exchange policy. Note that all items are in good condition before shipment.

4. We will not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier, hence, tracking numbers will be given to the buyers.

5. We will not give refund to packages lost by couriers, unless insurance is requested and

paid.

6. Prices indicated do not include shipping fee, which will be shouldered by the buyer. Unless otherwise noted. I dont put bogus buyer and joy reserver on my album but pls. responsible when you set a date of payment. 100 % full payment is required for buyers before we ship the items ordered.
