Mark this day — April 28, 2025.
Our first ever Major Wedding Coordination GIG under Kultura Events.
What started as a simple joke between me and my partner Ryan Pol Mascariñas has turned into something real and beautiful.
We began as a Photo + Video production team, and back then, we’d always throw around the idea — “What if we enter the world of Wedding Coordination and Event Planning?” We’d laugh about it, never really imagining it would happen.
But today — REAL pa sa TRUE, here we are.
Before we fully decided to step into coordination, we committed ourselves to learning. Every wedding gig under Arcane Studio was our silent training ground. We observed the flow, studied how coordinators worked, took notes on timelines, processes, and the small but important details. We connected with suppliers, listed them, asked for rates and inclusions — quietly preparing ourselves for the day we’d finally take the lead.
To Danzel Soreño Amposta and Jeff Encarguez Barote, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for trusting us to be your Wedding Coordinators without hesitation. You gave us confidence. You motivated us to elevate Kultura Events even more. Even though this was our first official coordination gig, you trusted us completely — no questions, no doubts. You paid us in full, never haggled, and treated us with the same trust and respect you would give to seasoned coordinators. We are deeply grateful for that.
And what a wedding it was. Our first wedding coordination, but definitely one of the most challenging —
a sunrise wedding.
We had to make sure everything was in perfect order and on time to catch that golden sunrise.
Imagine —
📍 April 27, 2025 - 11:00 PM — Groom’s First Look at Pantawan.
Despite the heavy rain and brownout, we pushed through. We never complained, we just found ways.
📍 April 28, 2025 - 5:30 AM — Ceremony starts.
It was a long, demanding stretch.
From 11 PM until the early sunrise ceremony — but we poured all our heart and effort into it. No, it wasn’t perfect — but it was real, heartfelt, and done with love. The pressure was sky-high, but seeing everything come together made it all worth it.
To our amazing team — you are the real legends. Thank you for standing strong and working hand in hand with us.
We’re looking forward to the next wedding gig — and this is just the beginning.
