Rate starts at 10k-exclusive use of the place. The place can accommodate up to 150 pax.

Outside Catering is allowed

Rent Inclusions:

✅ 15,000 rent package:
🏡2 story triangle room (with AC and own cr)
🎤Karaoke
🏊Swimming pool (adult and kids)
🔥Bon fire
🎭 Stage
🎱 Billiard Table
🛝Playground

Rent Duration: (24 hrs) 9am ‘til 9:00am the following day - ₱250/hr-penalty for exceeding check out time.

✅ 10,000 rent package:
9am to 9pm
*250/hr rate will apply after 9pm
*24hour exclusive rate of 15k will apply after 12mn
All amenities EXCEPT the 2 story triangle house with AC

(No kitchen use)

You may view the place anytime of the day.

Landmark: After silliman farm bridge ( turn to the left straight ahead is Dilaab-at the back of dilaab is a gated property - Bob’s Place)
