What is the difference between, On-The-Day Coordination (OTD coor) & Full Planning & Coordination?
1. On-the-Day Wedding Coordination (a.k.a. OTD Coordination)
✅ Best for couples who already planned everything but need professional ex*****on.
What it means:
• You (the couple) handle all the planning before the wedding — booking the venue, suppliers (photographer, caterer, florist, etc.), and finalizing the program.
• Our team steps in a few weeks before the wedding (usually 1–2 months) to gather all the details, contacts, contracts, and timelines.
• On the wedding day itself, we manage everything so you can relax and enjoy.
What’s included (typical):
• Pre-wedding briefing with couple and suppliers
• Creation of wedding day timeline/program
• Coordination with all suppliers (confirmations, reminders)
• Rehearsals if needed
• Full management of ceremony and reception flow
• Troubleshooting any last-minute problems

2. Full Planning/Organizing & Coordination
✅ Best for busy couples or those who want professional guidance from the start.
What it means:
• We are with you from day one — helping conceptualize, design, budget, and book everything.
• Think of it as having a project manager for your wedding.
• We help curate suppliers that fit your style and budget, negotiate, and manage every detail until the big day.
What’s included (typical):
• Venue & supplier sourcing + bookings
• Budget planning & tracking
• Concept & design input (theme, styling, etc.)
• Timeline creation from months ahead
• Attending supplier meetings with/for you
• RSVP management
• All inclusions of On-the-Day Coordination (since we’ll still handle ex*****on)
